A native New Yorker raised on Long Island in the 1950's, Kevin's love of art and music and began before age 5 with drum lessons and drawing. After graduating Naval Academy, his "Art Heart" took him to Swinging London 1970 - 1972, continuing studies in art and music, even some modeling print work in a London fashion magazine.

Returning to the States mid-1970's, Kevin headed West to California with his family, pursuing other creative interests and obtained his cosmetology license, becoming "Celebrity Stylist" in Beverly Hills. Connections led him to Palm Desert, CA where he met his Muse/Bride (of 39 years), Kymberly, a Boutique Salon owner and dancer with local Palm Springs dance company.

After selling the business, 1980 opportunity brought them back to Los Angeles to be with both families. Seeking a lifestyle change, Kevin got his Class A drivers license and started a trucking company and purchased his handsome "show" truck/trailer which resulted in rock and roll touring and life in Beautiful Lake Tahoe, CA through the 1990's.

Kevin continued traveling/trucking/hauling sound equipment across our gorgeous country for OZZY, Alice in Chains, and 30 other bands. Being inspired once again by the scenery and the company of musicians and a variety of artists, Kevin returned to his natural gifts: playing drums and "doodling".

Kevin retired in 2011 and has since been running their local postal, shipping, and notary public business of 25 years; The Mail Bag & More. He now has the luxury of time for creativity which has blossomed into his extensive, colorful collection of doodles.

It all began February 2017 when a close friend asked if he could bring Kevin anything from "off the hill". His only request was merely a pack of colored pens. If you look up the meaning of "doodle" in Webster's Dictionary, you will find out how the magic works: (Dood'l) - to draw/create while your mind is otherwise occupied. His drawings reflect his creative, interactive, happy mind and loving spirit.
